The gold coin of 50 apsars denomination dedicated to the 15th Anniversary of the Victory in the Patriotic war 1992-1993 of the series “Outstanding personalities of Abkhazia” with the image of V.G.Ardzynba.
Vladislav Ardzinba (Abkhaz: Владислав Григори-иҧа Арӡынба) (born May 14, 1945) is an Abkhaz politician who was the first President of the unrecognized, but de facto independent Republic of Abkhazia, a breakaway autonomous republic of Georgia, from 1994 to 2005.

Obverse: 
in the lower right part of the coin - the relief picture of the authority symbols: the Constitution of the Republic of Abkhazia, the alabasha and the saber; above it – the semicircular inscription in Abkhaz “Аҧсны Абанк”(The Bank of Abkhazia), as well the inscription that indicate the denomination of the coin “50 ҦСАР” (50 APSARS) and the year of the mintage«2008». Along the rim to the left - the indication of the metal sign in accordance with the D.I.Mendeleyev Periodic System of Elements, the fineness and the mint trade mark.
Reverse: 
on the smooth field – the image of V.G. Ardzinba and the picture of the National Flag of the Republic of Abkhazia. Under the image – the inscription in Abkhaz «Ардзынба В.Г.» (Ardzynba V.G.), above it –the inscription in two lines «Аҧсны ахада» (The Head of Apsny) and the dates «1991-2005»
