Obverse: 
there is an image of the State Emblem  Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika in the centre, circled by an inscription "ПРИДНЕСТРОВСКИЙ РЕСПУБЛИКАНСКИЙ БАНК" (Pridnestrovskiy Respublikanskiy Bank) in Cyrillic above the image along the edging and an inscription "100 РУБЛЕЙ" (100 rubles) in Cyrillic.   An inscription «2005» indicating the year is below the image of the State Emblem.
Reverse: 
An inscription "22 МАЯ - 21 ИЮНЯ" (22st MAY of – 21st JUNE) indicating the period of activity of the sign is written in semicircle at the top. The stylized image of the sign of the zodiac “GEMINI" is in the centre. A circular inscription  "БЛИЗНЕЦЫ " (GEMINI) in Cyrillic is written in semicircle along the edging at the bottom.
