The National Bank of Belarus on December 30, 2009 puts into circulation new silver commemorative coins “The Olympic Games 2012. Handball“ under the international monetary program.

Silver coin – face value 100 rubles, purity 999, weight 155.50 g, diameter 65.00 mm;
Silver coin -  face value 20 rubles, purity 925, weight 31.10 g, diameter 40.00 mm;

On December 30, 2009 the National Bank of Belarus will issue the silver and gold commemorative coins “Squirrel" as well silver commemorative coin "Squirrels".

Silver "Squirrel" coins are of the Br20 denomination, the 999 standard of alloy, weight of 31,1 grams, 38,61mm in diameter; the circulation is up to 5000 thousand units;

The National Bank of Belarus on December 23, 2009 puts into circulation new silver and copper-nickel commemorative coins “The Legend of the Lark” from the “Belarusian Folk Legends” series:

Lithuanian campion coin

Today Bank of Lithuania puts into circulation the 50 litas silver commemorative coin with the image of the Lithuanian campion from the series featuring the Lithuanian nature. The graphic design and the plaster model of the coin were created by Giedrius Paulauskis. The coins were minted at the UAB Lithuanian Mint.

New Kazakhstan investment coins "Golden Irbis" and "Silver Irbis" were issued on November 27, 2009.
