Obverse: 
the image of the State Emblem of PMR (Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika) is in the centre, a circling inscription  “ПРИДНЕСТРОВСКИЙ РЕСПУБЛИКАНСКИЙ БАНК” (Pridnestrovskii Respublikanskii Bank)  in Cyrillic is above the image. A circling inscription "100 РУБЛЕЙ" (100 rubles) is at the bottom. and an inscription “2005"  indicating the mint year is under the image.
Reverse: 
in the centre there is a stylized image of an open book, the right side of which is painted in red-green-red (the colours of the Flag of Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika) and the left side bearing an inscription "КОНСТИТУЦИЯ" (CONSTITUTION) in Russian is grey. An inscription “1995-2005” indicating the years the Constitution being in force is under the image. A stylized branch is further lower. A circling inscription "10 ЛЕТ  КОНСТИТУЦИИ ПРИДНЕСТРОВСКОЙ МОЛДАВСКОЙ РЕСПУБЛИКИ" (THE 10th ANNIVERSARY OF CONSTITUTION PRIDNESTROVSKOI MOLDAVSKOI RESPUBLIKI) in Russian is around the image all along the edging.
