Obverse:

An inscription “25” indicating the denomination is under the image and an inscription “рублей” (rubles in Cyrillic) is at the bottom.
Reverse: 
an embossed image of the Supreme Body House against the background of the clouds in the sky is in the centre , a circling inscription  "10 ЛЕТ ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ ПМР " (THE 10TH ANNIVERSARY OF PMR FORMATION) in Russian is to the left and right of the image , an inscription  "ТИРАСПОЛЬ" (Tiraspol) in Cyrillic is below and a circling inscription «1990-2000» indicating the years of existing of the Republic is at the bottom.
