New Kazakhstan coin 100th anniversary of Zhumabek Tashenev

National Bank of Kazakhstan has released 50 tenge nickel silver commemorative coin "100th anniversary of Zhumabek Tashenev" under  coin series on December 25th 2015.

Zhumabek Tashenev is a state figure of Kazakhstan, the former Chairman of the board of Ministers of KAZSSR who could defend territories of five areas of Northern Kazakhstan from its transfer to the neighboring republic.

50 tenge nickel silver coin.

Face value: 50 tenge;
Diameter – 31 mm, thickness – 2 mm, weight – 11,17 gram;
Mintage: 100 000 pcs.

Obverse: 
On the top is an image of the Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan, framed by an eight-pointed star rotated five times, and a "ҚАЗАҚСТАН ҰЛТТЫҚ БАНКІ" inscription in the state language; at the bottom is the "50 ТЕҢГЕ" inscription indicating the denomination of the coin; an element of national ornament at left and right side from the face value; of face value the is represented; inscription «ҚАЗАҚСТАН ҰЛТТЫҚ БАНКІ» along the circumference. 
 
Reverse: 
An image of state figure of Kazakhstan; inscription «ЖҰМАБЕК ТӘШЕНЕВ», element of the Kazakhstan state symbolic; inscription «100 ЖЫЛ» and year of coinage.
