Pavel Maslenikov (February 1 1914 – September 6 1995) - Belarusian artist, painter, fine art painter, theater artist and teacher. Member of the Union of Artists of Belarus, Honored Artist of the BSSR, Ph.D. in History of Arts, People's Artist of Belarus, and Laureate of the State Prize of the Republic of Belarus in the humanities for his cycle of works “The History of Fine Arts” in 6 volumes. Maslenikov Paintings are kept in the National Art Museum of the Republic of Belarus, in museums of Minsk, Mogilev, Moscow and Grozny, in private galleries, museums and collections in Japan, France, Hungary, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates and other countries.

Obverse: 
On the left, at the top - the relief image of the State coat of arms of the Republic of Belarus, the circular inscription: “РЭСПУБЛІКА БЕЛАРУСЬ” (The Republic of Belarus); in the center – an image of a palette with a fragment of the painting “Gold of birches” by Maslenikov, made by pad printing; below - the denomination “20 РУБЛЁЎ” (20 rubles), the year of issue and the alloy.
Reverse: 
On the top there is an inscription: “ПАВЕЛ МАСЛЕНІКАЎ” (Pavel Maslenikov); in the center - the relief image of a fragment of the painting “Lake Ostroshitskoye”, on the right - the relief image of the photograph of the artist; at the bottom - the author's signature and years of his life: 1914-1995.
