Within the framework of the "Art of Fighting" International Numismatic Program, Armenia's Central Bank issued "Wushu" and "Judo" commemorative silver coins.

The “Judo” silver coin has been issued by the Central Bank of Armenia under the international numismatic program “Art of Fighting”.Judo (“The Gentle Way”) is a Japanese martial art based on the ancient techniques of Jiu-Jitsu. It was developed by professor Jigoro Kano in 1882. In 1964 it became the first martial art having a status of medal sport in the Olympic Games. Many people in the world practice Judo as exercise or self-defense: for many of them Judo becomes just a way of life. The coin issued with colored inks. Designed by Eduard Kurghinyan. Minted in the Mayer Mint, Germany.

The “Wushu” silver collector coin has been issued by the Central Bank of Armenia under the international numismatic program “Art of Fighting”.Wushu is a Chinese martial art. The basic moral principle of wushu - “stop conflict and settle peace”. Wushu is not only a fight training, but also serves the purposes of health, character development and discipline. Wushu as a sport was developed in 1949. It consists of both full-contact and exhibition styles. Wushu is widespread and has become an international sport. Official World Wushu Championships are held every two years.The coin issued with colored inks.
