The grandiose architectural ensemble of the Monument of Constitution which is a symbol of the sovereign Turkmen state and embodies the inviolability of the foundations of statehood, age-old democratic principles and centuries-old traditions of sovereignty of the people is depicted in the centre of the 10-manat coins of the KONSTITUSIÝA BINASY series. The legends KONSTITUSIÝA BINASY and ON MANAT (ten manats) and the hallmark and weight of the rarities are inscribed in a circle of the coins. The obverse side also bears the inscription of the years of independence 1991-2011.
