Obverse: 
The obverse of the commemorative coins bears the symbol of the Games. In the right-hand bottom corner, there is an embossed inscription that reads: “Türkmenistan Ashgabat 2017”, the inscription on the left-hand side says: “5th Asian Indoor & Martial Arts Games”. On top and at the bottom, the coins carry the following inscriptions respectively: “Ýapyk binalarda we söweş sungaty boýunça V Aziýa oýunlary” and “Aşgabat 2017”.
Reverse: 
On the reverse, the coins bear an embossment of the State Emblem of Turkmenistan with a semicircular inscription above “TÜRKMENISTANYŇ MERKEZI BANKY”. The lettering “ÝÜZ MANAT” indicates their face value. On the left-hand side, the coins have a hallmark stamp. The standard of the metals from which the coins are minted Au 916.7 and their weight 39.94 gr. are presented on the reverse.
