The designer of the coin is sculptor Antanas Žukauskas. The image of the Coat of Arms - Vytis is adapted for the coin by artist Arvydas Každailis.

Obverse: 
The obverse of the coin carries the image of the Coat of Arms - Vytis in the centre and the inscription LIETUVA under it. Below, a year of issue. The coin has a rim, the inner side of which is plain.
Reverse: 
The reverse shows the number 10 at the top of the coin, and the inscription CENTU under it. Both inscriptions are arranged in thebackground of the ornamental triangular "fir-tree" pattern. The horizontal side of the triangle, parallel to the word CENTU, is situated above the centre of the coin. The other two sides of the triangle form the apex, pointed downwards and matched to the symmetrical axis of the coin. The coin has the rim, the inner side of which is plain.
